This is the 2020 edition of exceptionally flavoursome apple brandy from St. George Spirits. Produced from an array of different apple varieties, all grown locally on the family-owned farm in Mendocino County, the brandy is generously aged in a host of American whiskey, and American and French oak wine casks before bottling.

Loads of sweet, stewed apples, and a generous dusting of cinnamon. Apple turnover leads into toasty oak, with some honey and vanilla cream in there too.
