Oude Molen VS Cape Brandy
This South African brandy comes to us from the Oude Molen Distillery in Elgin, which produces a host of expressions, starting with the VS. South African VS brandies have to be matured for at least three years, and this particular one includes a portion of brandy that was aged in Spanish sherry casks, helping to bolster the fruity notes from the spirit.
