A French brandy that was double distilled in Charentais copper pot stills and matured briefly in refill French oak, before it was finished in Sauternes wine casks. This has helped to bump up the sweetness levels of the spirit handsomely.
Through a floral aroma, there are flavours of caramelized roasted nuts, melon and a touch of satiny, with rich spices and creme brulee underneath.
