A fantastic brandy here from Copper Republic in South Africa, made exclusively using Colombard, Chenin Blanc and Ugni Blanc grapes which have been grown on the Western Cape. After double distillation in copper pot stills, the brandy is set aside to age in 200 litre casks made from French oak and American oak.
Ripe apricot and toasted almond, a soft hint of tobacco, slightly chocolatey at points.
