Copper Republic Rooibos Wood Finish Brandy 70cl

The folks at Copper Republic have come up with this marvellous double pot distilled brandy, using grapes from the Western Cape of South Africa. It is aged in bourbon casks and intriguingly, finished with indigenous Cape Rooibos wood! Serve over ice for a relaxed evening sipper, or we think it could make an interesting take on a Julep cocktail.
