A luxurious brandy from the well loved German producers, Asbach. 21 year old, they have blended an outstanding cuvée which has been bottled in a deservedly deluxe bottle with a premium stopper.

Nose

Aromatic coffee, caramel and wood spices. Perhaps a suggestion of floral notes somewhere in there too.

Palate

More roasted coffee, seductive and warming. Subtle toffee sweetness.

Finish

Long and spicy.

Overall

Just as beautiful as the bottle, the Asbach Selection is truly something special.

Outstanding and well worth it.

I tasted this at the facility in Rudesheim and as a seasoned aficionado of vintage Armagnac this is one of the smoothest and most enjoyable brandies I've ever tasted. Very nice.
