Mr. Quail & J.T. Martinez 1887 70cl

From Quaglia's Mr. Quail & J.T. series of pre-bottled cocktails comes the precursor to the Martini, the Martinez! A classic blend of red vermouth, Old Tom gin, Maraschino and finally an Angostura bark infusion make up this tasty serve, with the Old Tom adding subtle sweetness. The whole thing was barrel-aged before bottling in old oak, so it's all blended together rather nicely. Serve over ice with a ribbon of lemon peel to garnish.
