A big hit of creamy juniper is supported by a subtle hint of brine and green olive before the higher citrus notes come into play.
Sweet candied lemon peel and the unmistakable herbaceous hints of green olive. A suggestion of vermouth, wrapped in a vibrant-though-easy-going gin. Supremely well rounded.

Hadn’t tried this one before and was wary that the brine and olive might over power the drink. I needn’t have worried as this is a very well made balanced cocktail. We loved it and will definitely reorder.
