Nose
A big hit of creamy juniper is supported by a subtle hint of brine and green olive before the higher citrus notes come into play.
Palate
Sweet candied lemon peel and the unmistakable herbaceous hints of green olive. A suggestion of vermouth, wrapped in a vibrant-though-easy-going gin. Supremely well rounded.
Finish
Clean, crisp and sophisticated.
Overall
It hits the spot with pin-point accuracy.
