Another stupendous creation from Ryan Chetiyawardana of Dandelyan (and much more!) fame, combining raspberry eau de vie, crisp vermouth and bitter rhubarb liqueur. Enjoy straight from the fridge or - for the perfect serve - mix with soda, white wine, or Prosecco in the style of classic spritz. Delicious and refreshing - ideal in the sunshine, but more than capable of brightening even the rainiest of days. Umbrellas? Where we're going, we don't need umbrellas.
