This crystal clear serve may look like water, but it packs some serious flavour, thanks to a combo of The Lost Explorer Espadín Mezcal, Hacha's own sour mix, lime, eucalyptus, and a touch of salt. The herbaceous notes offered by the mezcal add a splendidly smoky twist to this serve. To enjoy, simply stir 100ml with ice, and probably wise to use a different glass than your drinking water, y'know, just to avoid any confusion.
