Saying that, with the dizzying supply of flavours in the world at your disposal, do you think you could come up with a terrific twist on a Negroni that brings something new and tasty to the table? The Midnight Liquor Club clearly thinks so, because the Banana Negroni is here! A brilliant take on the revered cocktail, featuring the traditional trinity of gin, vermouth, and bitter orange aperitif, with an infusion of real ripe bananas in the mix. Pour over plenty of ice, give it a good stir, and serve with a twist of orange.

Nose
Fresh banana leads into fruity brightness of orange and red wine. A solid backbone of earthy juniper gives it good grounding.
Palate
Leafy herbs, ripe banana with a hint of vanilla pod earthiness, red berries, and lasting coriander and juniper peppery notes.
Finish
A twist of tropical fruit balanced by the familiar bittersweet notes of that famed orange aperitif...
Overall
We're not sure we could have predicted this would have been a flavour combo that works this well, but it definitely does indeed!
