The Mac & Wild folks have revamped their Yuletide Toddy recipe, though it remains an absolute brilliant cockle warmer for the winter months. It's made with Glenfiddich 12 Year Old, mince pies, Pedro Ximénez sherry and honey - to serve, simply add hot water, a good sliver of orange peel and a stick of cinnamon!
Raisin, strawberry, barley, caramelised nuts, heavy cinnamon warmth bolstered by black pepper. Subtly chocolatey at points.
