Description

A bottled cocktail from the Mac & Wild restaurant (give it a visit if you're in London)! The Forager combines Glenkinchie 12 Year Old with heather honey, pine tincture and barrel aged bitters - served chilled as a digestif.

Overall

Light, elegant and enjoyably sweet. The honey notes from the Glenkinchie 12 Year Old are well complimented by the heather honey in the mix.
