Over in London's Crouch End, the Little Mercies bar makes awesome cocktails – so it kindly bottled them up for you to have at home! This is its Scotch + Strawberry, a summery serve made up of Scotch whisky, clarified strawberry, Martini Ambrato and labdanum (resin from the rock rose), with the addition of some bubbles. All you need is ice!
Delicate fresh strawberry and touches of citrus, vanilla, musky wood and herbal undertones, with lingering fruity finish.
I cannot recommend this extraordinarily scrumptious drink enough. It’s absolutely delicious and one of my fav tipples! Must be tasted pronto.
