This delicately sparkling bottled cocktail was created by the clever team at Little Mercies. Made with clarified passion fruit and a base of Blanco Tequila from Ocho, it has a fabulous tropical character – ideal for relaxing with on a sunny afternoon or serving at a cocktail party!
Gently sparkling, exotic passion fruit mingles with herbaceous agave, grounded by soft woody notes and zesty fruit juice.
A lot of fizz; sandalwood on the nose; and a great sweet sour fruity balance in the flavours. Its not usual, but if you want something you are not going to mix up yourself, this could be it.
Such a delightful, fruity and memorable taste! Have drunk more than I should of these in my time!
