A punchy Pisco Sour from Liberation Cocktails! Made with overproof Peruvian pisco, pressed Brazilian limes, a dash of bitters, and a little cane sugar, it's just the ticket on a warm day. Now this is all about convenience, so it'll do perfectly simply shaken and poured over ice, but if you fancy something longer, top it up with Prosecco for a spritz.
