buveur. Old Fashioned
London's buveur. has put its own twist on an Old Fashioned cocktail here, using an English rye whisky from the English Whisky Company at its core. It's blended with two types of bitters (Bitterses? Bitterseses?!) as well as a tonka bean syrup to round out the flavour profile.

Spicy and warming, with caramel, butterscotch, peppercorn, honey and orange all working together wonderfully.
