Combining Holy Grass Vodka with extra dry vermouth and olive brine, it's fab if you like your Martinis salty – and all you need to do is pour yourself a glass... And perhaps build yourself a contraption to fish out a couple of those olives for garnish.
Crisp, zesty herbs, and bitter aromatics are coated in rich, oily brine packing plenty of salinity.
