A particularly pleasing Paloma pre-bottled cocktail from Black Lines Drinks, perfect for pre-dinner tipples (and apparently rather good for alliteration, too). This expression combines Olmeca Blanco Tequila with grapefruit soda, fresh citrus and a touch of sea salt. You'll want to enjoy this one in a rocks glass with plenty of ice and a good wedge of fresh grapefruit.
Tangy and sweet, with enough earthy agave richness and savoury hints of sea salt to keep it all balanced.
Had the Paloma with a slice of grapefruit and some ice and it was delicious, thoroughly recommend and a very good idea! Top quality! Will buy again.
