The Orange Bloom is a variation on the classic gin martini but with red vermouth, triple sec and few drops of Darjeeling tea. It featured in Harry Craddock’s classic Savoy Cocktail Book from 1930. Serve very cold in a chilled martini glass with a twist of orange to make it look super fancy.
