Hitting classic bourbon notes alongside juicy raspberry jam and salted peanut butter, it's fantastic served in a rock glass over ice. It even comes in a bottle sealed with raspberry jam-scented wax!

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose

Peanut butter and jam. Not comically so, this is still a whiskey cocktail, but it's definitely there. The rye in the bourbon complements both, one moment it's nutty rye, the next fruity, with corn adding roundness.

Palate

Warming raspberry jam, more rye spice and rich, creamy caramel.

Finish

Slightly drying (more nut influence?), then into Elvis' jelly.

Overall

We were excited about this, but not sure exactly what to expect. We should have known not to worry.
