He has made appeareances on BBC radio and TV and is the author of books Empire of Booze (Best Debut Drink Book), The Home Bar, and The Cocktail Dictionary. In 2024, he won Fortnum & Mason's Drink Book of the Year for Vines in a Cold Climate: The People Behind the English Wine Revolution. Henry was Features Editor at Master of Malt between 2018 and 2024.
