The Japanese Bitters - Shiso 10cl

The Japanese Bitters has gone and bottled up the flavour of shiso in these wonderful bitters! Shiso is the common name for the Asian culinary seed and plant of Perilla, belonging to the mint family, and its flavour is often likened to grassy notes of spearmint and basil. These Shiso bitters are prepared using only blue shiso from the Chiba Prefecture, great for adding a refreshing dimension to Highball serves.
