The Bitter Truth was inspired by the flavour profile of a famous, and long time defunct bitters brand in Baltimore, MD to create this Black Cherry Bitters. Expect notes of cherry (duh), think morello cherry and root beer as well as liquorice, gentian, and other aromatic ingredients. You can make some deep, complex cocktails with this bitter.
