From the beautiful Scrappy's Bitters range, founded by Seattle-based bartender Miles Thomas, comes some marvellous Aromatic Bitters. Sure to jazz up your cocktails and mixed drinks (we would have replaced the word "jazz" with a more appropriate music genre for Seattle, but "grunge up your cocktails" doesn't sound too appetising).
