Ms Better’s Capsichist is a chilli-led cocktail bitter created to add controlled heat rather than simply setting fire to the drink. A complex chilli blend brings warmth, texture, and lingering spice to cocktails made with Tequila, mezcal, rum, or gin. A few drops work particularly well in spicy Margaritas, Palomas, Bloody Marias, and Daiquiris where sweetness or citrus could use a firmer shove.
