Two particularly spicy botanicals combine their powers to create Ms. Better's Black Pepper Cardamom Bitters! Rather versatile indeed, these bitters suit gin-based cocktails just as well as whisky-based cocktails...

I put a dropper full in a couple ounces of water with a dash of simple syrup. All I tasted was the sugar. Took a full dropper straight to my tongue. Very subtle cardamom with a slight pepper bite at the end. There was no hint of any bitterness at all. If I can't even taste it in water, there's no way it could ever work in a cocktail. I'm extremely disappointed.
