Zesty, spicy and aromatic, this bitters brings together the citrus brightness of orange with the warm spice of cardamom and a supporting cast of botanicals, all suspended in 40% ABV alcohol and blended with fresh Malvern Hills spring water. Judges at the IWSC 2025 noted its “lemon and pepper” opening, followed by a “vibrant palate of zesty lime and lemon blossom.” Add it to G&Ts, spritzes or anything needing a citrus-kissed lift with aromatic finesse.
