    Classic from the 1940s

Laws Peach Bitters were exclusively served in the bars at both the British House of Lords and Commons, and made from heirloom Crawford Peaches, still rated today the best tasting peach. I don't know what happened to the company itself, but I bought a bottle at auction out of curiosity. It's excellent, and note it's in a 70cl wine bottle, so a lot of liquor there. Great in champagne, rum, whisky or brandy cocktails this is the bitters the modern Fees and Bitter Truths are trying to emulate. There won't be much of the original stuff still around - so snap it up and use it to add a texture of historical class to your mixing.
