Made using Kola Nut – these superb bitters add depth, tang and astringency to all manner of cocktails.
These Single-Varietal bitters are made using High-proof Dark Rum, Kola Nut, and natural bittering agents.
Especially good in any cocktail involving rum (obviously), but also very good to lend tangy piquancy to any cocktails made using tropical fruit.
It makes a great addition to a Cuba libre, bringing out a lovely resinous note.
Surprisingly sweet. Good, but maybe less cola-like than I expected (though I've never tasted kola nuts). A great idea, inspiring creativity - but sadly I know of no cocktail recipes using this yet. Try a few drops in a daiquiri.
