Description

Here we have some stunning Cherry Bitters from Fee Brothers, combining a dash of distinctive cherry fruit sweetness alongside the usual bitter notes. Bitters like these were a classic ingredient in pre-Prohibition era cocktail making, and just a few drops of this wonderfully fruity expression works fantastically in whiskey cocktails…

Nose

Almond oil, marzipan and huge notes of morello cherry, cherryade and pear drop.

Palate

Thick with bittersweet griotte and morello cherries. A development of almond oil and spice.

Finish

Sour and tangy.

America

Great in a glass of Coke

They taste like cherry! Simply Cherry. So you get what the bottle says.

Great for lovers of almond flavours

Fantastic smell with a real whiff of cyanide (peach kernels, bitter almond, marzipan ) and mouth-watering in both gin cocktails and added to sparkling wine. Never had anyone who tasted them not go 'wow, yum!' About to order a second bottle
