Fee Bros Rhubarb Bottling Note

Very unusual indeed - Rhubarb bitters. Made by Fee Brothers, they have a complex medicinal, rhubarb flavour with hints of cherry.

Fee Brothers Rhubarb Bitters Reviews

Idiosyncratic Bitters for the Mixologist

I've enjoyed experimenting with these bitters. They are in a similar category to Fee's plum bitters. Good with a rye Manhattan, and I like them to spice up cocktails like the classic Salome (equal parts gin, Dubonnet, dry vermouth).

Really not great.

Horrible. I was very surprised. Tastes like very false. Not getting much of a bitters taste at all. Had to throw away as it's not going anywhere near another cocktail.
