These excellent grapefruit bitters from Fee Brothers work really well in cocktails with a tangy citrus element. They add a little extra spice and depth. Try them in your next Margarita or Sour…

It would be possible to use several drops of this product in lieu of actual grapefruit juice, though the volume would be absent, of course. This is a wonderful addition to cocktails – tangy and intense. My local hostelry was trying to wing a Hemingway Daiquiri - and used these Bitters to great effect!
Super tasty Grapefruit hit. Not too bitter. Surprisingly excellent in ice water. Delicious hints of cardamom.
