It would be possible to use several drops of this product in lieu of actual grapefruit juice, though the volume would be absent, of course. This is a wonderful addition to cocktails – tangy and intense. My local hostelry was trying to wing a Hemingway Daiquiri - and used these Bitters to great effect!
Super tasty Grapefruit hit. Not too bitter. Surprisingly excellent in ice water. Delicious hints of cardamom.
