Well, the chap behind them, Ben Leggett, has gone back to his home country of New Zealand and created his own distillery and a brand new bitters range! This edition of Elemental Bitters features notes of New Zealand grapefruit zest and Motueka hops (which you're more likely to see in an IPA).
