The Elemental Bitters range was created by Ben Leggett (of Regency Bitters fame) in his home country of New Zealand. For the Coffee & Pimento Bitters, he's used Ethiopian coffee beans and pimento berries (also known as allspice) along with a smidgen of blackstrap molasses.
