Intriguingly flavoured bitters from New Zealand's Elemental Distillers, founded by Ben Leggett, who you may know for creating Regency Bitters when he was working in Brighton. Good pedigree, and good bitters, too! These have been made using New Zealand blackberries and pomegranate balsamic vinegar, resulting in zesty, rich, fruity cocktail bitters.
