Clove Bitters

The quintessential Christmas spice, cloves add a powerful and intense aroma to cocktails and recipes of all descriptions. These Single-Varietal bitters are made using only three ingredients; the spirit (High-proof Dark Rum) and Cloves with natural bittering agents. Used sparingly, these bitters will add depth and intensity to most whisky cocktails, and are especially good in an old-fashioned made with high quality Bourbon, where the Whiskey is really required to shine through.
