This is the Rainy Harvest variant from the Bitter French range, made with grape pomace, grape vine leaves, cardamom, and Rooibos tea, among 29 other ingredients. We can see this going rather well in gin-based serves, though it's sure to be deliciously versatile in a whole range of classic cocktails.
