I've had these bitters for a few months and until recently just hadn't quite worked out how to get the best out of them. The answer - put a few drops in a Negroni! 2 drops adds a tonne of depth that you can't quite put your finger on. 5 drops adds a lot more punch and interest. I'm a big fan of Negronis and in my opinion there's not much you can do to truly improve on the standard.......but Bittermens mole bitters is one of the rare additions that makes a positive change.
The definitive chocolate bitters - they taste like the dry bite of dark chocolate with a touch of bitterness.
