You know how sometimes you have Indian food that has whole cardamom pods in it, and you bite down on one and there's this kind of surprising, amazing explosion of flavour? Imagine that same flavour, but with vastly more clarity: it's a cardamom pod in hi=fi, without the pod. It has a sharpness that should go well with lots of drinks. We liked it in a Bourbon-based cocktail, and will be trying it more ways in the days to come.
