This right here is the 2015 edition of The Bruery's Arbre expression, which is all about exploring the glory of barrel toasting. This particular expression was allowed a stay in medium toast barrels, imparting tasty helpings of oaky spice and warming vanilla tannins. Should be good for raising a toast.
