Description

Sempé strips everything back here. No oak, no ageing, just fresh distillate straight from the still. Blanche Armagnac is having a bit of a moment in the cocktail world, and this will be a bartender favourite in no time. It’s bright, clean, and packed with juicy grape character, sitting somewhere between eau-de-vie and a very expressive white spirit.

Fresh grape, pear skin, white flowers, and a hint of citrus zest.

Juicy orchard fruit, grape must, and a clean, slightly peppery edge.
