L'Encantada bottled this 1987 vintage Armagnac, which was made with the rarely seen but delightful Baco grape from Domaine del Cassoum which has specialised in the variety for around 100 years.
Tropical fruit, quince, toasted almonds, orange peel, tobacco, and pepper.
