An 8 year old VSOP from Clos Martin. This was distilled from the Baco and Ugni Blanc grapes, which lends the spirit a delicate spiciness and elegant flavour profile.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Rich cooked fruits and Black Forest honey. Notes of raisins, mixed peels and spicy oak. Fresh flowers too.
Palate
Honeyed, oily palate with more of those mixed peels, a little candied orange and spice.
Finish
Cooked fruit and oak.
