The excellent 1983 vintage from Baron de Sigognac. This was created under the loving eye of Jean-Claude Guasch, a member of an 800 year old Gascon family.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Fresh and fruity. Lots of lively, zesty balance and a mix of citrus and spice. Cinnamon and hints of anise.
Palate
A supple palate entry with a development of dates and figs.
Finish
Fruity with mixed peels and custard.
