Description
O.P. Anderson has been making aquavit since 1891! Mamma mia! This super (trouper) expression from the quintessentially Swedish brand uses entirely organic ingredients. Standing out in their range of aquavits, Klar champions the flavours of dill alongside classic caraway and anise. It's rested in oak barrels for six months, resulting in a fantastically smooth spirit. Kept in the freezer, it makes a fabulous food pairing for all manner of seafood, or try it in a Bloody Mary. Skål!

Complex, with bright dill and lemon at the front. A lovely sweetness comes through from the anise, with a persistent, grassy finish.
