The famed Linie Aquavit, which is matured in oak casks on a boat! However, their Double Cask expression is treated to a second maturation after it takes a long voyage and crosses the equator twice. For this second maturation, they age the aquavit in port casks for six months, imparting a subtly sweet and seductive quality to the Norwegian spirit.
Keep it in the freezer and toss back a small tot just before stepping out with the dogs for a brisk morning walk. Superbly flavoured with a big jolt of caraway that really warms the old cockles
