Dragon’s Breath Absinthe
Spirit of Wales has already made a rum and a vodka under its Dragon's Breath brand, so why not absinthe? Expect a classic anise-forward, herbaceous, and bittersweet profile that can be tempered with the addition of a drop of water. Which is nowhere enough to temper an actual dragon's breath. You'd need a least a bucket. Or a good hose.
