Hendrick's Absinthe 70cl

The folks behind Hendrick's Gin have tried their hand at something a little different... Absinthe! The result of master distiller Leslie Gracie's experiments at the Hendrick's Gin Palace, the spirit boasts classic absinthe botanicals along the lines of star anise and wormword (among others), along with some botanicals that will be very familiar to Hendrick's Gin fans - namely rose and cucumber. It's bottled at 48% ABV, making it touch more approachable than some traditional absinthe expressions, and showcases the botanical balance within.
